Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

When will I receive my order?
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-10 days after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Payment methods
You can pay by Visa Debit/Credit, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort-Überweisung or Apple Pay. Subscriptions can only be paid by debit/credit card or PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are working hard to pack and ship your items quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also applies to exchanging items, changing the delivery address or changing the payment method.
However, you are of course welcome to return any orders placed by mistake to us (at your own expense) or simply refuse to accept them in order to receive a refund.
